Drew's Corn Bread

  • 1 1/4 cups Corn Meal
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup Creamed Corn
  • 5 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Mix all of the ingredients and pour into a cast iron skillet or muffin pan and bake at 425 degrees for 20-40 minutes depending on your pan (muffin or skillet). Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the Corn Bread comes out clean.
