Drew's Mexican Marinade

I use this on carne asade or a beef roast if I am making shredded beef tacos

  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6-8 cloves of minced garlic (or really as much as you like)
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • Half of a small red onion minced
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp mexican oregano
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt

Mix all of the ingredients and throw it in a bag with the meat of your choice. A few hours to overnight for sliced meat like carne asada. Or 24-48 hours for a roast or large cut of meat
